Supporters will be aware that votes were cast for the November player of the month and that the award should have been presented before our match against Hanley Town on Saturday 21 December.
Unfortunately the recipient of the award, Matty Ward, was not available that day and therefore the presentation had to be postponed. We are pleased to advise that it will now take place on Saturday 18 January before our fixture against Northwich Flixton Villa. Better late than never! Well done Matty.
This leads nicely on to the award for the month of December, which is once again being very kindly sponsored by the Ashley family. Voting slips will be available at the friendly game away to Ashton Athletic on Saturday 11 January and also at the Cheshire Senior Cup game at Cammell Laird on Tuesday 14 January. Alternatively votes can be cast by emailing trust@1874northwich.com or by texting the Club on 07975 679624. When texting, please make sure that you include your own name. The closing date for email/text votes is Wednesday 15th January and the award will be presented on Saturday 18 January.
