TRAVEL & TICKETING ARRANGEMENTS
Ticket Arrangements
After discussions between all parties, we can confirm that the away leg in Berkshire will be all ticket.
Given the limited capacity of their home venue Thatcham have agreed to provide us with an allocation of 400 tickets.
This is greater than the amount that they are required to provide us with under FA Vase rules.
However, given the level of support that followed the team in the Quarter-final tie at Leighton, unless we receive an increased allocation, it is likely that the demand for tickets will be greater than our allocation.
Given this, your Board has decided to offer the sale of tickets for the away leg on the following basis.
i) All existing Silver and Bronze members of the club as at 1st March will be guaranteed 1 match ticket
ii) Additionally all Season tickets holders who are not members will also be guaranteed 1 match ticket.
iii) Any remaining tickets will be on open sale from Monday 12th March at our “away” fixture at Winsford and then at Level One Computers in Northwich up until Friday 16 March.
Priority tickets for members and Season ticket holders will be available for sale up until Monday 12 March at our following home fixtures:
• Thursday 8 March v Squires Gate
• Saturday 10 March v AFC Darwen
A ticket for members and season ticket holders will only be guaranteed if purchased or applied for before Monday 12 March.
Regarding those members and season ticket holders who are not based locally and may not be in a position to purchase their ticket on one of the nominated days, please contact the club via secretary@1874northwich.com to reserve your ticket. Any application with receive an acknowledgement and following payment the ticket will be posted first class to ensure they arrive prior to match day.
Tickets cost £7 for adults, £5 concessions (OAP’s) and £2 for children under 16.
Travel Arrangements
Given our current ticket allocation, we are currently looking to run 3 official supporters coaches to the away tie.
All will depart from Northwich (behind The Memorial Court) at 9:30am and likewise all will leave Thatcham at 5pm straight after the conclusion of the match.
All coaches will have an ‘on-board’ WC and a short (20 min) break will be made at an appropriate Service Station on both the outward and return journey.
Tickets for the coaches will be available for sale along with match tickets. Please note that to purchase a coach ticket you must purchase/show a match ticket at the same time.
No supporters will be allowed to travel on the coaches without being in possession of a match ticket.
As with the previous round the club must stress that we have given assurances to the coach operator that alcohol will NOT be consumed on their vehicles and the club would ask for everyone’s co-operation in adhering to this important rule.
The coach cost is £20 and £5 for Under 11’s
