As a community club, 1874 Northwich FC has had a long standing ambition to be able to offer football to children, of all ages and abilities, in the Northwich area. We started with a single squad in 2017, who played at U7 level in the Mid-Cheshire Youth Football league (MCYFL). We have watched this team grow and develop and are rightly proud of the two teams, Greens and Phoenix, who are now playing at U15 level, and include many children from that first squad.
We have been pleased to see additional age groups join the 1874 family and in 2025/26 we can now offer football at five Junior age groups – U11, U12, U14, U15 and U17. Our aim is to provide excellent coaching in a fun and safe environment. Further information can be found below.
We are now offering Wildcat sessions for girls aged between 5 and 11 years. These are football based sessions which give the girls an opportunity to have fun, develop skills and make friends.
