1874 Northwich FC are pleased to be participating in the Supporters Direct campaign asking football fans to ” join the team ” and sign up to the NHS Organ Donor register.
Three people die each day need of a transplant and there are currently 6500 people on the waiting list in the UK because of a shortage of organ donors. We want to blow the whistle on these figures and do something about it.
Football clubs at all levels are on board to support this initiative and we are proud to play our part.
Between 27th February and March 13th representatives of 1874 will be on hand at our games both home and away to provide information on joining the Organ Donor register.
