1874 Northwich, a proud fan-owned non-league football club with strong community roots, is seeking a passionate and driven Commercial Manager to help develop our commercial strategy and help take the club to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver commercial plans to grow revenue across sponsorship, advertising, hospitality, and events.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, sponsors, and partners.
- Assist with matchday commercial operations including hospitality, programme advertising, match day events
- Identify and pursue new income opportunities, including digital and community-based initiatives.
- Work closely with the club board and volunteers to align commercial goals with club values.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in sales, marketing, or commercial development (sports or community sector preferred).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Passion for grassroots football and community engagement.
- Willingness to work flexibly, including matchdays and events.
