Our annual foodbank collection for the Mid Cheshire Foodbank, took place over three home games commencing on 24th January at our game v Coton Green, and then on Saturday 31st January against Abbey Hulton and Tuesday 10th February, when we took on Stone Old Alleynians.
For the past 12 seasons we have supported this important cause. The foodbank sees a drop off in donations after the Autumn Harvest Festival season and the Christmas period and so for the past few years, we have selected January / February to collect on their behalf.
A huge “THANK YOU” to our supporters and players who have donated over 80 kg of food / toiletries this year. Additionally, we have donated £120 in donations from supporters, supplemented by a donation from our Community Fund.
