As all 1874 Supporters will know, Adam suffered an horrendous leg break during a cup game in October 2013.
At that time, the support offered to Adam from everyone connected with 1874 and from the wider Non League family, was incredible and demonstrated the high regard people held for our Captain. We know that Adam and his family were touched by the good wishes he received.
Following an operation to pin his leg together, Adam endured a long period of treatment and physiotheraphy and despite set backs, worked very hard throughout to recover from this very bad injury.
Therefore the Club is absolutely delighted to advise supporters that his hard work has ‘paid off’, Adam has now fully recovered and has been officially discharged from hospital. This is terrific news and we are understandably pleased to let everyone know.
Well done Adam!
