The Club would like to let supporters know about a couple of important events that will be happening in the next couple of weeks.
Race Night – Saturday 21 March
Following our home game against Squires Gate and back by popular demand, we are holding another Race Night – this time all profits will go to the Club’s ‘Back in Northwich’ (BIN) fund.
This event will take place at Lostock Social Club, starting at 7.30pm. Everything is place for a great night – all races have been sponsored, all horses have been sold and now we are pleased to announce that the event itself has been sponsored.
Thus all money made on the night will be profit!
So we now look forward to seeing as many 1874 friends and family on the night. The last two Race Nights have been very enjoyable and have helped to raise significant funds for the Club, so please come along and also encourage others to join in.
Supporters Meeting – Wednesday 25 March
The Club will be hosting the next Supporters meeting – this will once again be held at Lostock Club and will start at 8.15pm.
Firstly Ian, Paul and Lee will give their updates on the season to date and in particular, will offer supporters an insight into ‘how things work’ at our level, including player availability.
The Board will then be on hand to offer their feedback on all areas of the Club.
Finally we will be announcing some very good news around the Community/Charity side of our Club.
This will give supporters a real chance to question everyone on anything 1874. If anyone is unable to make it to the meeting but wishes to pose a question to the Management Team or the Board, then please email it to Vicki (firstname.lastname@example.org) and it will be duly asked!
Everyone is welcome, it is free to attend and so we look forward to seeing ‘good crowds’ at both events.
