The club is sad to let supporters know that due to work related issues, our wonderful Physio Katy has made the very difficult decision to stand down from her role at the Club.
Katy has been a key member of the wider ‘backroom’ team, carrying out this essential role with enthusiasm and great care. She has worked with the players to ensure that they have been well treated and have been given the best advice to aid their recovery and wellbeing, and this has been hugely appreciated by the 1874 Management and Board.
We would like to place on record, our huge thanks to Katy for her dedication and support over the last few years and we wish her well as she gives the same effort and enthusiasm to her new work role outside of the club. We look forward to seeing Katy on the terraces, as we know she will continue to support the team.
