News Update 10/01

Brian Edge pens news from around the club.

Question: What do 1874 fans do in their spare time when 1874 don’t have a game?

Well one of our fans almost went to the top of the world! And obviously Ashley Dobell just had to take his 1874 “colours” with him:

Hopefully, over the coming months we will bring you more pictures of 1874 supporters from around the globe

Watch this space

Ashley is one of a number of 1874 supporters who take advantage of our Match Day Programme Reservation service – so ensuring that he does get his hands on each home games’ programme even if he can’t make the game. Interested in putting your name on the list? Then just let Brian Edge know.

I can already tell you that in our next two programmes there are a number of really interesting articles penned by James Wood and as well as articles on “attendances” and the “Championship run in” there is an excellent two-part in depth interview with Ian Street so make sure you get a copy of the programme at each of our next two home games because you will not find this information from anywhere else!

ARE YOU A MEMBER/OWNER OF 1874 YET?

If not then we can advise that a membership form and – if required – a standing order form can be accessed on our website by clicking on “Become an Owner” on the top right corner. Silver membership can be paid by 12 monthly payments or a one off annual payment.

Also payments can be made by online banking arrangements. Details of this are contained within the membership forms.

Also as advised previously your membership secretary Tony Fallows will be present (just inside the ground near the turnstiles) at both of our next two home games (18th and 25th) to speak with anyone wishing to renew their membership or become a new member

Very soon Tony will be very busy pulling together all the necessary to allow the distribution of share certificates to all adult members

SUPPORTERS PLAYER OF THE MONTH FOR DECEMBER 2013
