SOCIAL & FUNDRAISING COMMITTEE
This is an informal gathering of supporters and officials, who discuss ideas for social events and essential fundraising for the Club. Everyone is welcome!
The meetings are held on a Wednesday evening (starting 7.30pm) at Lostock Club usually once a month – the dates of the meetings will be advised on the Independent Fans Forum (1874forum.co.uk).
Recent events held were the Race Night on 17th October (which raised £987 for the Club), the 1874 Christmas Party on 4th December and the annual Bowls Night with players and supporters. We are always looking for new ideas and help to organise them so please come to a meeting or speak to Toddy Barlow or Guy Jewell if you would like to get involved.
RACE NIGHT – SATURDAY 5TH MARCH
By popular demand 1874 is running another Race Night at Lostock Club, first race starts at 8pm (we are playing at home that day).
All profits made from the event will go to the Back in Northwich (BIN) fund so let’s make it the most successful one yet.
Contact Toddy Barlow if you want to purchase a horse (£3 each) or sponsor a race (for £25).
1874 PRESENTATION EVENING – FRIDAY 13TH MAY 2016
The traditional end of season event to celebrate the performance of the Club and present the annual awards such as ‘Player of the Season’ and ‘Goal of the Season’. It is always an enjoyable night and everyone is welcome to attend.
The event will take place at Winnington Rec once again following avery successful night last year.

1874 CHRISTMAS PARTY – FRIDAY 9TH DECEMBER 2016
It will be held at Winnington Rec and a 3 course meal will be included in the ticket price.

1874 Northwich FC runs a 300 Club lottery with all profits going to support the Club’s activities. For just £4 a month you can take part in helping the Club and you may win a cash prize.

A giant sweepstake will be run prior to the start of the competition in June. It will be run on the same lines as the successful World Cup sweepstake held two year ago i.e. ticket entries based on the various combinations of two teams reaching the final/semi finals. Full details to be announced nearer the time.
