1874 Northwich support the fight against Prostate Cancer.
On Saturday 13th October the Non-League community came together to support the fight against Prostate Cancer.
Unfortunately we were playing away at Ashton Athletic on the day and unable to join in this important initiative, however the community team have been in contact with Prostate Cancer UK and we have obtained a fund raising and promotional pack so that we can join in the cause.
Prostate Cancer will affect 1 in 8 men at sometime during their lifetime and we hope that by providing a source of information in a discreet manner at the club, anyone who may be at all concerned can pick up the information pack.
This Saturday we will be promoting awareness of the condition at our home game. Information leaflets will be available along with pin badges and key rings. Following the game, this material will be available for anyone to pick up in the club shop should they wish.
