The points were shared between the two form sides in the division as Clitheroe equalised late on.
Clitheroe took the lead against the run of play, Louis Jeanne stabbed home unmarked from a looping freekick
Shortly after, Jamie Reed making his first start for 74’ set Joe Woolley in behind with a clever back-heel, the wingers cross found the waiting Jake Parker who guided a finish into the bottom right corner to bring the scores level
Joe Woolley was involved again as he was fouled by Clitheroe captain Sefton Gonzalez just inside the area. Captain Matt Woolley stepped up and slotted the penalty home into the bottom left corner to give 74 a deserved lead
In the second half the visitors rallied as the game run its course and substitute Alex Turn converted from close range after a flick-on from Gonzalez found him in between the 74 defence.

A great contest and a point a piece is a fair result, however, 74 can be proud of their efforts as they edged the contest against one of the top sides in the division.
